FAQ

Is this actually local? What happens if you go down?
The voice engine runs on your rig, not ours. Enterprise tier is fully on-prem. Starter / Shop / 24-7 Pro run on our rig with redundancy, but your deployment is portable — the same model files run anywhere.
Can I clone my own voice?
Voice cloning isn't shipped yet. The 104 agents ship with original voices + a DSP stack that makes each one distinct. Cloning arrives with the 4090 rig (late April 2026).
Do you integrate with my phone system?
Yes — SignalWire, Twilio, SIP, and direct PSTN all supported on the Shop tier and up. Starter is web widget only.
Why is it so much cheaper than Ringly or CloudTalk?
Because we don't pay OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or Anthropic for every clip. The voice engine is open-source and runs on our hardware. We pass that saving through.
