For the moms

Work the hours that suit your life.
Not the other way around.

If you've been doing this kind of work — for family, for neighbours, on the side — we'd like to put real money behind it. We vet, we route the work, you keep what you earn.

How pay works

You keep what the customer pays you.

The household hires you. They pay you direct — cash, e-transfer, or card — at the end of the visit. We don't sit in the middle of your money. We don't take a per-hour cut. We don't hold your tips.

What we do take is a small monthly membership from the household — that's how we keep the lights on, do the vetting, and route work to you. Your hourly stays yours.

  • Recurring weekly customers — the steady backbone of your week
  • One-off jobs routed to you when they fit your schedule
  • You set your availability, your minimum hours, and the neighbourhoods you'll travel to
  • You can refuse any match, no penalty, no questions

The vetting

What we ask before you start.

we won't put you in a stranger's house without doing the work first.

Step 01

An in-person meet

A coffee, twenty minutes, somewhere public. We want to meet you. You want to meet us. No paperwork yet.

Step 02

References, two

Two people who've watched you do the kind of work you're applying to do. Family doesn't count. We call both.

Step 03

Background check

Criminal record check — we cover the cost. We don't ask for anything else. If something comes up, we talk about it. We don't ghost.
